Our HR Surgery is a service that provides organisations with flexible human resources support and advice on a ‘pay as you go’ basis.

We provide hands-on expertise in all areas of HR including dealing with disciplinary and grievance matters, training, drafting policies and contracts and providing general HR and employment advice.

There is no up-front or retainer fee, we simply charge a flat hourly rate for the amount of time that we spend dealing with your issues. If you do not need any HR support for a period of time, you don’t pay anything.
